Picture postcard of tall buildings in downtown San Diego
Views of the San Diego Trust & Savings Building (1928) toward the left, the El Cortez Hotel (1927, tallest building in San Diego until 1963), and the Spreckels Building (1924, tallest building in San Diego until 1927). The building in the center with the radio towers is probably the U. S. Grant Hotel, where radio towers were installed in 1928. This is a hand-tinted reproduction distributed by a company that only made postcards from 1914-1934.
