This card carries a seal of the Panama-California Exposition of 1915 and shows the U. S. Grant Hotel on Broadway behind the red streetcar, built in anticipation of the Exposition. The green streetcars appear to be Class 1 types, ordered by the company owner, John D. Spreckels (1853-1926). This postcard is also in the collection of the San Diego History Center.
