This is a folding color picture postcard with 14 views of San Diego. Represented is the inside of the postcard,showing the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh photographs. The fourth photograph is of a view from Point Loma, the fifth of the El Cotez Hotel, the sixth of the Community Concourse (a special-events facility on C Street in the downtown), and the seventh and last photograph on this side the San Diego Naval Hospital in Balboa Park. The San Diego Naval Hospital is in 2013 the Bob Wilson Naval Hospital or Naval Medical Center San Diego, with the former hospital having been mostly demolished. The El Cortez Hotel panel has an inset on the right showing the glass elevator added in 1956, the Starlight Express, later removed along with the addition to the 12th floor showing as tinted windows at that level on the hotel.
