This picture postcard has a seal of the Panama-California Exposition of 1915 on the back. In the image portion it shows Balboa Park in the background, with the words "Site of Exposition Buildings" on the left, where the Exposition was held in 1915. On the right is San Diego High School on Park Boulevard not far from the southern reaches of "City Park," renamed Balboa Park for the Exposition in 1910. Preparations for the Exposition began in that year in San Diego. The Curt Teich number on the back of this card is A-10218, decoding to 1908-1910.
