There are no notations or messages on this picture postcard to identify the venue or occasion. There appears to be a bell tower in the distance, and there are streetcar tracks, which might suggest some locations in downtown San Diego. Men wearing sits and hats in and watching a parade with a large flag are shown on a city street. This is a Real Photo Post Card (RPPC) made with Azo photo paper (as evidenced in the stampbox on the back of this card). The Real Photo process allowed photographers to take a "snap shot" and have it finished at a photo shop that printed it out on postcard backing for mailing. This type of Azo photo paper was made from 1904-1918.
