An unidentified instructor stands behind the podium in his classroom with a television set on the left. At the front of the classroom a blackboard reads: Center: 4682, and May 12, 1973. On the left is a boxed message with "Rape?" in capital letters with "Don't hitch-hike" and "SAVE" as well as "Women share a ride with your hitch-hiking sister. Sisters take a ride with women only." There is a timer or clock on the podium. This is the same instructor and class as in NEG-00-251 and NEG-00-253.
