Robinson,

I enclose you letter from a man who is recommended to me as a first class chef, and who I am very anxious to come here.

I want to arrange the kitchen so as to stop wine drinking and I want all the cooks who are here now working, to have a months vacation. I wish you would have also talk with Tony when you think it is best and see if he can [unknown] get a [unknown] that will not [unknown]. Serving them wine over [unknown] in the interest and make them out of [unknown] just the [unknown] need to control themselves.
