Dear Sir:-- We have had agents from San Francisco butchers here, who agree to supply us with the very best Miller and Lux meat, of the quality for which we are not paying you 15 cents, for 12 ½ cents.

As you know, personally I have always wanted to give you the preference, but we cannot afford to pay you more than we would have to pay others, nor can I see why you should receive more for beef here, then the butchers of San Francisco get in San Francisco.

Should like to hear from you on the subject.
