Francisco de Palues, Nicolas Curiel, Simon Benites Camacho, and Manuel Alessandro Barba all appeared before this notary public, Diego Fernandes. The gloss on the left translates to "Continues" after a line under the appearances before the notary. There was a decree ("auto") on the 16th of April of 1703, since Alessandro Barba opposes the execution of the auction, citing a sum of 1,870 pesos.
