This fibrous scrap of paper has Nahuatl pictographs, particularly on the lower right but also representing a waterway at the top and left. In the two rectangles there are what look like weigh scales, and circles and hashmarks were used to represent numbers in Nahuatl glyphs. The word "Tlaixpan" is at the top.
