This is a seismograph with a paper strip and dual writers, each with dual tips. The labels on the machine read "vertical" on the left side of the paper strip and "Horizontal" on the right. This was in the Chemistry-Geology Building at San Diego State College, installed around June of 1964 as part of the seismological station. This is the same machine as in NEG-00-093.
