E. Percil Stanford, Professor of Social Work and Director of the Center for Aging

Professor Stanford began his career at San Diego State University in 1973, was Professor of Social Work from 1974, and was director of the University Center on Aging when it opened in 1975. He earned his A.B. at Morgan State College and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Iowa State University. Professor Stanford edited several books on the sociology of aging and wrote chapters in other compilations on the subject.
