Tascher stands with a rifle and camping gear. He may be on his way to the Paramount Studios' abandoned set of "Beau Geste" to make a parody of it. The cast and crew had to carry 52-lb packs and their own rifles through the dunes to make the film. The venue here could be San Diego State College, where Tascher was a student and member of the Sigma Lambda fraternity.
