Clemmer, Leslie Curtis
Clemmer writes "a few censored lines" to say he would like an extra Aztec News Letter. He sent postcards along the way to his "destination" and also met "a Captain Pitt who had been overseas." Pitt "had four" P-51 airplanes "knocked out from under him." He wishes he could show Lauren Post "the inside and outside of a real ship." His had just been commissioned in August. He sees "by today's paper we have made a landing in Europe."
