Mrs. Brown urged him to send the donation he encloses. She sent a copy of the last issue of the Aztec News Letter to her brother Lincoln E. Bankerd, another San Diego State College alumnus. Brown is halfway through his "combined Indoctrination-Recognition training." "Four examinations tomorrow, a couple more the next day, and then inspection to get ready for" keep him from writing more.
