Bauder, Bob G.
Bauder is in "operational training" at an "auxiliary field." His next station is San Diego, but "it seems like I'll never get there." He describes the weather, environment, and missing California flowers. His quarters are the "best so far," including "maid service!" But a night's "liberty" (to leave the station) is only once in eight days. He and Bill Sage are the only ones from San Diego State College.
