Wade, Robert A.
Wade writes that reading about the deaths of "fellows who you used to see every day in the quad or caf' or class" "brings the war closer than deaths in one's own outfit." They get radio and candy bars "now and then," but still lack mail. Their "chief worry" is "ankle-deep" mud, since once "infrequent" rains are "almost nightly" on the pup tents, but he knows this is minor. He would like Bill Indseth's and Bill Fisher's addresses.
