Nakadate, Paul T.
Nakadate writes from the Heart Mountain Relocation Center about his friend Sergeant Paul Kuyama in Australia (San Diego State College Class of 1939). He asks if there is anyone else from San Diego State in Australia since Kuyama has difficulty understanding the Australian accent and monetary system. War "relocation centers" such as Heart Mountain were internment camps for Japanese-American citizens.
