Lipscomb, Ira H.
Lieutenant Lipscomb gives his address for receiving the armed forces newsletter. He also remarks on Wallace McAnulty's attendance of the Coast Artillery Officer Candidate School, which he also attended. McAnulty will find it tough, as he did, but "I know that he will make good." The 100th Coast Artillery Regiment (Anti-Aircraft) was a "colored" regiment housed at this time at New Fort Brady in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
