Johnson, Frank W. Crane
Private Johnson's two-week orientation was "so complete that it seems like two years." They have reduced a 13-week course to six, reducing his life to "three basic ingredients--hard work; hard sleeping; and hard eating." He will be applying to Adjutant General's School and is already teaching a beginning group in map reading. He asks for mail from home.
