James, Fred W.
Writing on stationery of the Edgewood Arsenal, James relates that he will graduate from the Chemical Warfare Officers Candidate School at the end of October. He will send a new address then. In the meantime, his postscript asks that the name "(Bill)" be added to his address, since "no one knows me as Fred."
