Lieutenant Halley writes that he has spent about five months going to school in England, another two at sea with the British Royal Navy, and now has a different address. He is an instructor at the Motor Torpedo Boat Squadrons Training Center. He has seen Jake Duich and Doug Inman and is owed a letter from Christine Springston of the music faculty at San Diego State College.
