DeVolder, Eden R.
Private DeVolder doesn't like foreign service but it comes with 20 percent more pay. Although they receive "short-wave" radio broadcasts on Sunday from the US, his station "really needs" the United Services Organizations (USO) club they have. Entertainer Al Jolson was there recently. Lastly he says to tell Charles R. Smith (Coach Charlie) that he really misses baseball.
