Hamlin, Edith (1902-1992)
A well dressed family stands with their luggage before a train that recedes into the distance. The train produces a large volume of smoke and the family wears suits and petticoat dresses. The date 1878 is painted in the lower center of the work. Mural has been recenty recovered.
