Painted over 5/26 by orders of the Superintedent of Grounds of the Mount Sinai Home for Chronic Invalids in Los Angeles. Mural was located in the auditorium.


Legal action was threatened, case was dropped when the US Attorney General ruled that because the mural was attached to the wall, it legally belonged to the home and not the government.
