Started in 1970, Sunrise: A Journal of Change was an underground newspaper authored by faculty and staff at San Diego State College that focused on campus topics. This issue is all about the Boise Cascade Company and what this publication characterizes as "the rape of Lake Tahoe" by this company and other developers. The last page calls for an April 27 march on the "placement center" and "corporate offices."
