This flyer promotes a resolution on the James Rector resolution. The Associated Students Council voted to lower the flag to half-mast in response to the shooting of Rector in Berkeley. This proposed resolution rescinds the vote and instead sponsors a "Berkeley Awareness Week" for discussions of the situation there and its effects on students at San Diego State College.
