In the center an unidentified person wears a peacock costume. On the right the costume may represent a grouse, and on the left the wearer might also be imitating a bird. The costumed people are standing on grass, probably in Balboa Park. The same three people are in the photograph at identifier P515.030M, with the peacock costume alone at P516.030M.
