This video for the 1998-1999 school year begins with a brief view of San Diego and description of the city. It goes on to include introductions by the then officers of the Associated Students organization at San Diego State University, and provides general information about the group and the services and facilities it runs. This is much the same, with identical footage and narration, as other years of the Associated Students' introductory videos. At the end is a "bloopers reel."
