Pride parade themes from Lesbian and Gay Historical Society of San Diego

 

 

 

 

An unidentified member of the Society marches in the Pride parade bearing a vertical flag with the parade theme for 1982, "Proud, Diversified, United." Behind her other flags with themes are only partially visible. The Society was founded as the Lesbian and Gay Archives of San Diego by Jess Jessop in 1987, changed name to Lambda Archives in 2003. They date this "1980s-1990s."
