Five unidentified people ride in the back of the pickup truck carrying the AIDS Foundation of San Diego float. Beside them are a replica of a wall (a reminder of the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion) and two signs, one a directional sign with "Centre" and "Park" pointing at right angles, and a "Stop" sign. The acronym "AFSD" is painted on gray brick-like paneling atop the cab.
