An unidentified marcher wearing a red and orange showgirl costume poses with one foot in front of the other, holding a fan that says, "Keep cool." Although the legs are bare, feathers cover the back down to the white high-heeled shoes. An elaborate feather headdress falls nearly to the shoulders. Behind them is an old Wherehouse for music, in front of which a crowd sits and stands.
