Daniels smiles at the crowd from the back of a convertible. Others are unidentified. A sign on the car reads, "Tiffany Daniels, Candidate for Empress XXVIII, One Voice. One Heart. One Community." Daniels became Empress XXVIII of the Imperial Court de San Diego in 1999. Lee Rodger (aka Tiffany Daniels, Cowboy Lee, and Memory Lane) died in 2015, known for work with the Texas Gay Rodeo Association.
