The Kodak Artura process by which this Real Photo Post Card was made allowed photographers to print photographs directly onto postcard blanks. This particular postcard may show a private residence belonging to the Hruska family signing the card on this back. The pattern of the stamp box reveals an Artura postcard developing paper in use from 1911-1921.
