Description

For their performances at the annual summer San Diego National Shakespeare Festival, the Old Globe players move outside to a Festival Stage near the San Diego Zoo. Since replacement of the original building constructed for the California Pacific International Exposition of 1935 that was destroyed by fire, the Old Globe Theatre has been roofed over.
