Balboa Park, San Diego, California
The California Building in Balboa Park is shown with the California Tower. These buildings were also known as the California State Building during the Panama-California Exposition of 1915 for which the complex was built. Designed by Bertram Goodhue (1869-1924), they front onto the California Quadrangle and were later known as the Palace of Science. The California Building is later known as the San Diego Museum of Man.
