The San Diego Natural History Museum was designed by William Templeton Johnson (1877-1957) and opened in Balboa Park in 1933. This postcard juxtaposes the image of its facade with a representation of a Southern California saber-toothed cat and a section of a Giant Sequoia is 1,600 years old.
