The Hollywood Branch of the Security Trust and Savings Bank was located at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Cahuenga Avenue, known as the Cahuenga Building, mentioned as the location of Philip Marlowe's 6th-floor office in Raymond Chandler's "The High Window." Its grand opening as the tallest building in Hollywood was on June 3, 1922. The number on the divided back of this card at the top of the line with the publisher's name is 94955, which, according to the guide maintained by the Curt Teich Postcard Archives, translates to 1923. This is an unsent card.
