Two glass-bottom boats, paddlewheelers, are joined by small boats in the shallows off the northwestern rim of Avalon Bay where Sugar Loaf Rock juts into the Pacific at Sugar Loaf Point. On top of the Rock is an observation deck. The publisher's number on the divided back is E23. Both publisher and contributer date from 1907-1908.
