The Palace of Photographybehind the sign reading "Palace of Photography Kodak Invites You," was constructed for the Panama-California International Exposition of 1915 as the Science and Education Building. In 1935 it was renamed the Palace of Photography for the California Pacific International Exposition, and in 1936 became the Medical Arts Building, then the Veterans of Foreign Wars Building before being demolished in the 1960s. These expositions were held in San Diego's Balboa Park.
