The Palace of Fine Arts or Fine Arts Galley, Balboa Park, San Diego
The Palace of Fine Arts was the name for the Fine Arts Galley during the California Pacific International Exposition of 1935 held in San Diego's Balboa Park. This 1926 building designed by William Templeton Johnson (1877-1957), underwent additions and changes during the 20th century, including a new name in 1978, The San Diego Museum of Art.
