Each of these images is printed on paper rather than a heavier card stock, made to fold up inside covers of card stock. Each image has its own number, sometimes more than one, and each scene has a description at the top. Some of these images are elsewhere as postcards in this collection. They include: "Ramona's Marriage Place" and an Old Town church; Horton Plaza; municipal piers; Broadway Street from the San Diego Hotel south; Mount Helix; San Diego High School; Mercy Hospital; artist's view of Lindbergh Field (under construction); downtown San Diego; San Diego Athletic Club; and San Diego Trust and Savings Building. These images constitute the second side of the foldout paper. This mailpiece must have been produced between 1927 (when the El Cortez Hotel pictured on the other side was built) and 1930, when the Bank of Italy (on the other side) changed its name to the Bank of America.
