Mr. Ball:
I regret to learn the many of the men waiters we are getting object to taking rooms at the barracks on account of their condition. It certainly looks rather uninviting from the outside. Will you please strain a point to see that the household work is kept up and everything made as neat and clean as can be, and personally oblige.
