Gentlemen:-
Do you think that you can deliver here in good order short loins, by the car load or less quantities, of quality satisfactory for the Hotel del Coronado, and, if so, at what price? We have refrigerating rooms, but the point about which I am in doubt is whether the transfer made from the car to the refrigerating rooms would have a tendency to spoil the meat.
Please advise me at an early date, and oblige,
