Friend Warren,
My cook has gone to get married and I find that the cooks in the kitchen get their regular allowance of claret wine for drinking purposes and that they have lately being getting brandy. They claim that it is customary in other hotels to give the cooks several drinks of liquor during the day will you please tell me what is customary in your hotel so that I can be governed some [unkown] it and oblige.
