Scripps Cottage has been at its present location on Scripps Terrace road since 1968, when it was moved from its original location where the Malcolm A. Love Library was built. It sits on the west end of Scripps Park near the turtle pond. It was built for women in 1932 with funds from Ellen Browning Scripps.
