A large inflatable cartoon character wears a shirt that reads, "Dutch Touch Mobile Tattooing and Piercing" in the Pride parade. A rainbow flag is at bottom, and unidentified people sit in and on the truck pulling the inflatable. The Dutch Touch group had a van used for "Mobile Tattooing and Piercing" before moving to El Cajon.
