Marchers hold a Special Delivery banner at the San Diego Pride Parade. This "meal delivery service," as the sign says, is "for people living with AIDS" (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome). It is an all-volunteer enterprise that continues to deliver meals to sick people in 2016.
