They are: Patricia Stone (San Diego Fire Department), Natalie Stone (San Diego Police Department), David Reuben (then San Diego district attorney, later a judge), unidentified woman from the Police Department, John Graham (San Diego Police Department), unidentified man from the Police Department, Rick Edgil (San Diego Police Department), Lorie Shands (San Diego County marshal), Frank Buttino (formerly Federal Bureau of Investigation). The "Friend of the year" for this parade was Police Chief Bob Burgreen.
