Manuel Alexandro Barba's name is first in the text, described as a resident and farmer of the jurisdiction of Texcoco, in obedience and compliance with royal decree, and owner of the Hacienda de San Miguel Tlaixpan, presents his titles. His name is also last before the notary draws a line. The document is created in Mexico City on March 1, 1695. Under the bottom stamp is the word "auto" for decree.
